We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications with tapered ISO insulation creating minimum 1/4" per foot positive drainage. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure in Merigold. Tapered insulation eliminates it. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone areas. We assess from both exterior and attic, coordinate with structural engineers or framing contractors when needed, and tarp only areas that are structurally stable enough to support the tarp hardware. Insurance claims for tree strikes require separate line items for tree removal, structural repair, and roofing repair. We document each scope independently.
